Delivery
The report is a digital product. We write it within minutes of payment and email you the link.
Guarantee
If the report does not reach you within 24 hours, or gets your chart data wrong (a date, a pillar or a name that does not match your chart), we rewrite it or refund you, whichever you prefer.
If you entered your birth date, time or place wrong, we rewrite it once with the correct details, free of charge.
How to ask
Write to [email protected], or reply to the delivery email, from the email you ordered with. Refunds go through PayPal to the original payment method, usually within five business days.
